This is a high-volume role for a
multi-tasking, highly organised administration guru
who enjoys juggling jobs, emails, portals, paperwork and competing priorities ...without losing their cool!
You'll receive a fantastic handover from someone who has
lived and breathed this role for 9 years
, along with ongoing training and a supportive team around you.
Your day-to-day:
Process a high volume of council jobs and work packs
Manage a busy administration inbox
Enter and progress jobs through internal systems
Work across multiple client portals
Upload POs, reports and supporting paperwork
Liaise with Client Managers and crews out in the field




Prioritise urgent and competing requests
Assist with general administration and enquiries
Excel whiz?
Huge bonus!
