Responsibilities
Inspire and energise the team to create memorable customer experiences
Coach and empower staff in a collaborative service-focused environment
Drive smooth boutique operations and lead by example in customer service and efficiency
Motivate the team to achieve goals and celebrate group successes
Engage customers using coffee passion, product knowledge, and sales skills
Complete administrative and reporting tasks accurately
Work a rotating full-time roster including late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends
Requirements
Experienced leader with retail or hospitality experience
Ability to inspire, energise, coach, and empower teams
Ability to ensure smooth boutique operations and deliver excellent service
Passion for making a difference for people and the planet in a B Corp environment
Solid attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks and maintain memorable customer experiences
High-impact sales skills and expert product knowledge
