Northampton Swimming Club is seeking a dedicated Lesson Coordinator to lead the teaching and development programmes and coach within the Development Squad.
The role requires solid organisational and administrative skills and the ability to work across venues and with parents, volunteers and staff.
You will deliver the club's teaching plan, arrange clinics and courses, and help swimmers progress through the development pathway while upholding club policies and safety standards.
