About the Role
We are seeking a agile and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a community pharmacy team in the Mackay region.
The pharmacy is located on a busy shopping strip and is supported by a neighbouring doctors surgery, providing an opportunity to work closely with the local community and healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while ensuring high-quality patient care and service.
Your responsibilities will include dispensing and checking prescriptions, maintaining the DD Book and monthly PBS claims, overseeing dispensary orders, and contributing to QCPP administration and compliance.
About Our Ideal Candidate
Unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
Minimum one year of experience as a registered pharmacist.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
A willingness to grow and develop within a leadership role.
Commitment to maintaining training requirements and CPD points.
The ability to lead and promote pharmacy services within the team.
Vaccination accreditation or willingness to obtain accreditation.

The Offer
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–7:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am–6:00pm.
Relocation assistance provided.
