About the Role
Wesley OOSH is expanding into Albury, and we are looking for a hands-on leader to launch and lead our new services at Albury Public School & North Albury Public School.
This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and to put your stamp on it from the very first day.
As Service Manager, you will lead one to two Wesley OOSH services, providing clear direction, mentoring and day-to-day support to Centre Coordinators, Senior Educators and Educators.
You will be responsible for building safe, inclusive and high-quality programs that children enjoy and families trust.
This includes overseeing daily operations, strengthening relationships with schools and local families, and establishing Wesley OOSH as a trusted and respected presence in the Albury community.
You will work closely with our leadership team, help establish Wesley in a brand new region, and have the full support, career development and specialist expertise of a large, established organisation behind you.
This is a great opportunity for someone who leads with purpose, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build a strong team.
Whether you are an experienced service leader or ready for your next step, we want to hear from you.
