My client, a recognisable name in Victoria's HVAC contracting world are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.
The business are going through a sustained period of growth having secured multiple major project wins from their established client base within the commercial construction world.
Current package values across major projects range up to $30m.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects from start to finish
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a mechanical project manager with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project management software
