About the Role
n
Join a high-performing People & Culture team that is shaping the future of work at Sunshine Coast Council. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver innovative people initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, and foster a thriving workplace culture.
n
Working as part of a cooperative and forward-thinking HR team, you'll contribute to strategic projects that drive organisational performance, engagement and continuous improvement. Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee performance and organisational effectiveness.
n
Lead diversity,
equity and inclusion programs that foster a culture of belonging, respect and opportunity.
n
Deliver cultural learning initiatives, including actions that support Council's Reconciliation Action Plan.
n
Design and facilitate engaging workshops, learning experiences and capability-building programs.
n
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver impactful people and culture outcomes.
n
Research emerging trends and translate insights into innovative workforce and organisational development solutions.

About you
n
You are a proactive and people-focused Organisational Development skilled with a passion for leadership, culture and inclusion. Energised by collaboration, you'll bring fresh thinking, strong facilitation skills and a solutions-focused mindset to deliver programs that empower our people, strengthen performance and help shape the future of Sunshine Coast Council.
n
n
Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
n
Experience delivering organisational development, learning and capability initiatives.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
n
Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering workshops, learning programs and engagement activities.
n
A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical people solutions.
n
Proven experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment.
n
