Hungry Jack's – National Support Centre

We're looking for an organised and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of repair and maintenance activities across our national restaurant network.
n
Reporting to the Repair and Maintenance System Manager , you'll play an important role in ensuring maintenance requests are assessed, allocated and resolved efficiently, while keeping restaurants, contractors and internal stakeholders informed along the way.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing repair and maintenance service requests through our RAMP system
n
Assessing and prioritising jobs and allocating work to contractors, technicians and Facilities Managers
n
Coordinating contractors, call-backs and after-hours maintenance requirements
n
Providing restaurants with timely updates and following jobs through to resolution
n
Managing and escalating maintenance issues where required
n
Maintaining accurate contractor information, documentation and Service Level Agreements
n
Setting up and maintaining Preventative Maintenance schedules
n
Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance information within RAMP
n




Ordering spare parts and coordinating requirements for specific maintenance jobs
n
Supporting reporting, system administration and continuous improvement of RAMP
n
Providing general administrative and stakeholder support across the Repair & Maintenance function
n

About You
n
You'll be someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. You'll have strong communication skills and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders to solve problems and get things done.

Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
Robust organisation, administration and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Confidence working with systems, data and reporting
n
The ability to prioritise requests and work to deadlines
n
Previous call centre, help desk, service coordination or facilities experience is desirable, but not essential
n
Knowledge of building services, facilities management or restaurant operations will be highly regarded
n
