We are looking for a Contract Performance Manager to champion the delivery of world‐class service for our gas turbine customers.
You will serve as the primary link between our internal technical expertise and our customers' operational success.

Job Description Key Responsibilities
Champion Service Excellence: Guide the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts, ensuring we deliver value that aligns with customer needs.
Facilitate Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination, bringing together cross-functional teams (Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS) to deliver safe, effective, and timely outage execution.
Drive Strategic Growth: Manage the customer relationship and communication strategy, proactively identifying GE Vernova products and services that provide tangible value to our customers.
Navigating Complexity: Facilitate the resolution of emergent and forced outage matters, using collaborative problem-solving to manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
Ensure Stewardship: Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance against agreed KPIs, maintaining high standards of transparency and trust.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.
Proven ability to build consensus and influence within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Australia.
