Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Emergency Veterinarian to join a busy emergency setting on a fixed-term maternity cover through to July ****, with the possibility of an ongoing permanent prospect.
The position is suited to a confident clinician who enjoys the pace and unpredictability of ECC, including management of critical presentations, complex medical cases and emergency surgery.
This senior-level opportunity would suit an emergency veterinarian with established ECC experience, or a highly experienced GP veterinarian with at least five years in practice and a strong interest in progressing into emergency medicine.
The role includes overnight shifts and rotating weekends, with opportunities to mentor developing veterinarians, provide shift leadership when required and work with advanced equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy and ventilatory support.
