Coordinate category-related collateral and ensure category/merchandise plans are rolled out to schedule
Meet business objectives in relation to category plans
Assist in ensuring catalogue deadlines are met
Conduct new product research
Perform data analysis and review
Prepare and present reports
Provide general administration support related to the role and category
Build internal and external stakeholder relationships
Report directly to a Merchandise Manager
Requirements
Category, merchandise or buying exposure, or a passion for developing a career in this area
Retail or FMCG experience desirable
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solid stakeholder relationships
Well-developed Excel skills
Valuable experience in all other Microsoft packages
Ability to analyse information
Keen eye for detail and strong sense of logic
Administrative prowess
Natural ability to be organised
