The role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and focuses on supporting growing business across Australia and Current Zealand with a strong emphasis on employment law, policy, and HR collaboration.
The candidate will manage complex litigation, advise HR on a wide range of employment matters, draft and negotiate employment documents, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate employment risks.
