About the role:
Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor who loves helping peoplemove better, feel stronger and achieve their fitness goals?
Joinour Casual Pool of Pilates Instructors and provide coverage whenare Instructors are unavailable.
Pilates classes at the Naturaliste Community Centre arecurrently held on Mondays at 4:45pm and Tuesdays / Thursdays at10:30am.
There may also be the requirement to cover classes inBusselton at the Geographe Leisure Centre when the opportunityarises.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes formembers and guests
Creating a safe and inclusive environment for participantsof all fitness levels
Adapting exercises to accommodate individual needs,injuries and abilities




Building positive relationships with members and providingoutstanding customer service
Maintaining fitness equipment and ensuring exercise spacesare clean, organised and protected
Monitoring and reporting any health, safety or equipmentconcerns
Contributing ideas to enhance group fitness programming andmember experience
As the successful applicant you will be able todemonstrate the following:
Strong customer service and communication skills
A commitment to participant safety and wellbeing
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of current fitness industry trends and bestpractice
Pre-employment requirements:
Certificate III in Fitness
Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check, or the ability toobtain one
Proof of right to work in Australia
