About the role
We're looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to join the stock preparation team ahead of upcoming pop-up events for a leading luxury retail brand.
This is physical, fast-paced logistics work in a warehouse-style setting - perfect for someone who's organised, works well in a team, and doesn't mind being on their feet all day.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, sorting, and preparing stock ahead of upcoming events
General warehouse logistics and organisation
Following instructions accurately to meet tight prep deadlines
Working as part of a small team to keep the process moving efficiently
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes required - this is an active, on-your-feet role




Previous experience with stock prep, warehouse, or event logistics highly regarded
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the rostered days
Able to commute directly to the Matraville warehouse each shift at your own arrangement
Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Must be available across the rostered October dates (Week 1: Mon-Fri, Week 2: Mon-Wed, Week 3: Mon-Fri, Week 4: Mon-Wed)
Great entry point into event/retail logistics work with well-known luxury brands
Prospect to be considered for future pop-up event work
Supportive, experienced team environment
