About the Opportunity
As a Trainee Educator, you'll be supported every step of the way as you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a qualified Early Childhood Educator.
You'll:
Learn on the job while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Work alongside experienced educators and leaders who will mentor and support your professional growth
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
Help create engaging learning environments where children can thrive

About You
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
Have a genuine passion for working with children
Hold a current Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain one)
Have reliable transport to and from the centre
Are committed to completing a traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy
Bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
No previous experience in early childhood education is required.
