We are seeking an Asset Administrator to join our team in Orange, NSW.
This position plays a key role in supporting asset management activities across the business, ensuring assets are accurately tracked, maintained and managed throughout their life cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to build a long-term career with an established agriculture business, combining systems, data and stakeholder support to contribute to the efficient operation of a growing organisation.
About the Role
You will provide administrative support across a range of asset management functions, including:
Asset administration and record management
Data entry, maintenance and reporting
Asset life-cycle tracking and compliance activities
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers
Maintaining accurate documentation and system records
Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Strong administration, organisation and time management skills




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience in asset, inventory, logistics, project or general administration
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence working with technology, databases and business systems
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
A high level of accountability, reliability and initiative
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, administration, logistics, agriculture, or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential
