What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will have the wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive swim lessons tailored to the needs of each individual learner
Creating a welcoming and supportive environment where all participants feel valued and encouraged
Monitoring and assessing swimmer progress and providing constructive, positive feedback
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times
Communicating openly and respectfully with swimmers, families,



and team members
Maintaining accurate records of attendance and swimmer development
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
We welcome candidates who bring a variety of skills and lived experiences to this role.
You may be a great fit if you have:
A current and recognised swim teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one
A genuine passion for swimming and helping others build confidence in the water
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
Patience, empathy, and an encouraging teaching style
A current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
A valid Working with Children Check or equivalent
