Customer Care Representative - ARH Greater Western Sydney

Due to ongoing growth in the business, we are looking for a friendly and organised Full time Customer Care Representative to join a close-knit team and be a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Full Time role across a variety of day shifts, evenings and weekends
n
Handling a high volume of inbound calls
n
Welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital
n
Booking and managing appointments
n
Invoicing and taking payments – including cash and EFTPOS
n
Processing payments on Vetpay and Medipay finance platforms
n
Data entry and requesting documents from referring vets and clients
n
Managing email enquiries
n
Liaising with referring vets
n

About Your Experience And Skill
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service role
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations or while dealing with difficult clients
n
Strong computer literacy skills
n
Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking payments
n
Ability to manage your time effectively
n
Amazing attention to detail
n
Friendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathy
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
n
Flexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)
n
