Clayton Utz is seeking a Manager, Qualified Capability Development to lead a shift in how we build capability across the firm. You will translate firm strategy into practical, applied learning experiences that drive real client outcomes.

You will design, deliver and evolve the capability curriculum, moving from a program-based model to in-role, apprenticeship-style development, and work with the Head of Leadership and Learning and the P&D; team to lift performance.
