In particular you will be:

doing property
searches/enquiries,
engaging in legal research, liaising with clients/other
solicitors/banks/agents,

WHO YOU ARE
n
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
n
n
Are EITHER a conveyancing
paralegal/secretary
OR conveyancer OR Junior Property Lawyer;
n
have a minimum of 12 months (preferably MORE) proven HANDS-ON experience in residential property conveyancing [essential] managing your own files including PEXA experience;
n
have some experience in leasing and/or sale/purchase of business [preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
n
have solid time prioritisation+
communication/interpersonal
skills;
n
are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
n
Have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE
(Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)
skills;
n
