About the Role
n
As SeniorProject Officer,you'll
managecomplexprojects
andprograms of workthat support strategic and operational outcomes across the organisation. You'lllead key funding administration processes, including governance support,briefing
materials,correspondenceand
requests for information, ensuring activities are deliveredin accordance withagency requirements andtimeframes.
n
Youwill providespecialist
funding,governanceand
advisory servicestosupport evidence-based decision makingand effective program administration. Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, you
willmonitorrisks,issuesand
benefits, coordinate competing priorities, and contribute to robust governance and reporting processes.

The role also plays a key part
indrivingcontinuous
improvement,identifyingopportunities
to
strengthensystems,frameworksand
processes, including the administration of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) ****.

About You
n
You
havedemonstratedexperience
providing specialist funding,
governanceoradvisory




services within a complex policy,fundingor program delivery environment.
n
You are comfortable preparing high-quality
briefings,correspondenceand
governance materials, and have a strong focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and delivering practical outcomes.
n
You are passionate about improving systems, processes, and governance frameworks.
n

Tertiaryqualification
and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
n
Knowledge of funding administration
policies,processesand
frameworks is highly desirable.
