CSR Springboard is seeking an Operations Manager to lead two manufacturing sites in Sydney, NSW. You will drive performance, safety, productivity and culture across the business, managing ~80 staff with 8 direct reports and delivering strong operational and financial outcomes in a rapid-paced industrial environment.

You will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, optimise efficiency and quality, partner with unions, and report to senior leadership.
