The opportunity:
We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the drive and motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, along with developing new business and managing a small, high achieving team.
What you will do:
Manage relationships with key charter and private contract clients, building on existing contracts and identifying opportunities for growth
Interrogating and researching markets to identify growth opportunities and customers
Finding and developing recent markets and improving sales
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Preparing and delivering on budgets and contract expectations
Developing quotes, proposals and sales initiatives for clients
The boxes you will tick:
Ideally you will come from a similar role with experience in transport, tourism, events, or charter/contract sales, however we are open to hearing from exceptional candidates who have transferrable skills. Additionally, you will have:
An ability to manage complex projects and priorities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong integrity with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work in a fluid and agile environment
