Manage pubs and venues across Rockhampton and regional Queensland

Work as a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager
n
Lead an established local venue
n
Lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
Apply operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
Manage venue performance and KPIs
n
Deliver outstanding customer experiences

Discuss suitable locations and management levels with the Talent Team

Requirements
n

Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
n
Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
Good commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
n
Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
