About the role:

Join our Vulcan Aluminium site as a Trade Counter Sales. Standard hours: 8am - 4pm however, some flexibility might be offered. A willingness to learn and robust customer focus are key to success in this role. We offer support and opportunity to upskill!

What you will be responsible for:
n
n
Assisting walk-in customers with a range of product enquiries
n
Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
n
Preparing sales quotes and orders
n
Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
n
Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process
n
Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Ability to work independently and part of the team
n
Attention to detail
n




Intermediate computer skills
n
