Southport Sharks is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to lead our organisation-wide approach to risk, compliance, WHS and governance across hospitality, gaming, accommodation and entertainment operations on the Gold Coast.

The role reports to the COO and oversees the Risk & Compliance Coordinator, working across multiple departments including Club, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Hotel and corporate functions.
