CRANAplus is seeking an experienced Primary Health/Practice Nurse to join a rural Queensland health service on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with fully furnished accommodation provided and a base salary of AUD 100,000 per year plus super.

A CURIS $2,000 bonus applies after the first 3 months. You will handle health assessments, chronic disease management, immunisations, care planning, and patient education across a diverse primary health caseload,
