Key Responsibilities
n
n
Execute column and collar drill holes with precision drilling, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
n
Maintain meticulous daily drill logs, perform pre-start checks, and manage time sheets efficiently.
n
Cultivate a safety-centric approach while surpassing production forecasts.
n
Regularly utilize safety tools such as Take 5 assessments and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
n
Maintaining rigs in impeccable condition, ensuring they are clean, organized, and primed for operation.
n
Diligent reporting of maintenance issues and meticulous record-keeping of consumables.
n

The successful applicant will have:
n
n




Prior experience in blast hole drilling operations or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
n
Possession of a Certificate III in Drilling Operations is advantageous.
n
Familiarity with Sandvik DPi or Pantera rigs is preferred.
n
Proven track record of thriving in remote work environments.
n
Ability to obtain national police check clearance and possess a current Australian Open Class Manual Drivers License.
