Achieve Australia is seeking a Roster Support Lead to guide the Roster Support team in maintaining protected, effective staffing levels across services. You will oversee real-time roster management, vacancy coordination and roster changes to align with funding and service needs.

Applicants should have strong rostering, scheduling and HR knowledge and be able to manage a 5am–11pm live roster, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency and service continuity while supporting participants and staff.
