Umbrella Multicultural Community Care Services Inc. Morley is seeking a Care Finder Outreach and Engagement Officer in a versatile full‐time or part‐time capacity. The role is based at our Morley office and will cover south metropolitan areas.

You will build relationships with health, housing, and community services, promote the Care Finder Program, grow referrals, and engage vulnerable older adults from CaLD and LGBTIQA+ communities.
