Kinrise seeks an experienced NPD Manager to lead development and commercialisation of innovative snack foods across multiple brands. You will drive product concepts, formulations, factory trials and post-launch reviews in a hands‐on R&D; workplace.
Reporting to the Head of R&D; and NPD, you will partner with Marketing, Operations and Procurement to deliver market‐leading products while supporting sustainability and cost targets. This Max‐Term role is based in Dandenong South.
