With a solid pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion.

The Role
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of your project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating site activities
Managing trades and subcontractors
Planning and sequencing works
Monitoring programme, productivity and quality
Coordinating suppliers and materials
Liaising with Project Managers, clients and consultants
Managing site documentation and compliance
Identifying issues early and implementing practical solutions
Taking accountability for overall site performance




About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial Site Manager with:
Proven commercial construction experience
End-to-end project delivery experience
Multi-storey construction experience
Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
Sound knowledge of drawings, specifications and contracts
Strong planning and communication skills
A proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity
