Job Description
ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Birthing in Our Communities Practitioner to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families through a client-led framework of care. You will walk alongside families to identify needs, connect to referral pathways and strengthen maternal and infant health outcomes.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in community services, at least three years of client management experience, and current Police Certificate and Blue Card.
