ANZUK Education is partnering with a highly regarded, community-based early learning service in Northcote to recruit an experienced Educational Leader. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Leading curriculum development and educational practice across the service
n
Mentoring and coaching educators across all experience levels
n
Driving reflective practice and continuous improvement
n
Supporting Quality Improvement Planning and compliance requirements
n
Embedding the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQF, and NQS into everyday practice
n
Supporting rostering,
administration, and operational leadership
n
Assisting the Centre Director and stepping into leadership when required
n
n
About you
n
n
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
n
Has experience in an Educational Leader or Assistant Director
n
Is confident mentoring and developing educators in practice
n
Has strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF, and VEYLDF
n
Brings a team-oriented, grounded approach to team culture
n
Can balance pedagogical leadership with operational responsibilities
n

Salary package approx. $95,000 – $100,000 (inclusive of retention payments)

5 weeks annual leave

3-week Christmas shutdown
