Overview
n
We're looking for a Senior Strategist to join our Strategy team and help shape strategic thinking across brand, digital, content and campaign initiatives.
n
This role is ideal for a commercially minded strategist who can turn customer insights, market intelligence and cultural trends into clear, actionable strategies that drive business results. Working closely with clients, business leads and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in developing strategic solutions that solve complex challenges and create meaningful growth opportunities. You'll also contribute to current business initiatives and help strengthen the agency's strategic capability

Responsibilities
n
n
Develop strategic recommendations across brand, communications, customer and campaign initiatives.
n
Use customer insight, market intelligence and data to identify opportunities for growth.
n
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
n
Lead strategic thinking in new business pitches and growth opportunities.
n
Create clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic frameworks.
n
Collaborate with media, creative and production teams to bring strategic recommendations to life.
n
Identify emerging consumer trends, technologies and behaviours to inform future-focused thinking.
n
Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the broader growth of the strategy function
n

Qualifications
n
n
8+ years' experience in strategic planning, marketing, communications or a related agency environment.
n
Experience developing strategy for major clients and complex business challenges.
n
Strong knowledge of CRM, content strategy, social strategy and customer value proposition development.
n
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy with measurable business outcomes.
n
Experience mentoring team members and working across multiple disciplines.
n
A naturally curious thinker with a passion for understanding people, markets and culture
n
