You deliver care with dignity, respect and professionalism.
You will have: Cert III Individual Support or equivalent (or be actively working toward completion) Aged care experience in residential or similar settings Competence in personal care including showering, grooming, mobility and manual handling Commitment to person‐centred care and resident choice Strong communication skills and relationship‐building ability Ability to work independently and within a supportive team Reliability and flexibility to meet roster requirements Basic computer skills for documentation and care plans A positive, respectful and empathetic approach to residents, families and colleagues About Us BaptistCare is a leading purpose‐led care organisation, guided by our Christian identity and serving communities across Australia for more than 110 years.
