About the role We are seeking a motivated Finance Operations Officer to join the team in our Milton office.
It is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in supporting our Finance team.
This will involve assisting the team to generate meaningful reports from excel to make operational and strategic decisions.
What you'll be doing Generate and populate client statements and supporting records.
Collect and collate data from financial statements and account records for management and compliance reporting.
Assist in preparing Excel tables and reports to summarise financial activity.
Support various income and expense reconciliations.
Assist in consolidating reports from Excel Contribute to preparing accounting and compliance reports at regular intervals.
Provide general administrative and operational support.
Undertake any other suitable or relevant tasks as required.
What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with good attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong Intermediate MS Excel skills.
(Pivot Tables, H/V lookups)
Tertiary qualification is a must in a related field such as business, economics or commerce.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid organisational and time management abilities.
Any work experience in finance will be viewed favourably.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in finance accounting.
