Job Title Data Centre Design Infrastructure Engineer | NV1 Design secure, reliable and scalable data centre infrastructure across a major government technology program.
This NSW role covers site design, network topology, rack and power layouts, capacity planning and technical documentation.
Location: NSW Contract Duration: Contract to 30 June **** + 12 months + 12 months Security Clearance Requirement: NV1 Closing Date: 10:00am, 11 September **** Essential Tasks Plan, design, build and maintain secure, reliable and scalable ICT and data centre infrastructure.
Produce site designs, network topology drawings, room and rack layouts and power topology drawings.
Develop power and cooling capacity designs, rack security classifications and access control arrangements.
Manage multidisciplinary activities, scheduling, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Key Criteria Availability Management Level 5 and Capacity Management Level 4 capability.
IT Infrastructure Level 4 and Systems Design Level 5 capability.
Problem Management Level 4 experience investigating and resolving systems and service issues.
Programming/Software Development Level 3 capability across design, testing, documentation and refactoring.
