Position Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Fire Detection Technician to join the Adelaide team.
This position will see you responsible for the testing, inspection, servicing, and minor maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems across a variety of client sites, ensuring systems remain compliant and fully operational.
Responsibilities will include: Conducting routine testing and inspection of fire detection, EWIS, and occupant warning systems.
Identifying faults, defects, and non-compliant equipment.
Performing minor repairs and assisting with system troubleshooting.
Completing service reports and compliance documentation accurately.
Providing professional support and communication to clients on-site.
Maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service.
Working autonomously across a diverse range of commercial and industrial facilities.




Candidate The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the fire protection industry, specifically in the testing and servicing of fire detection systems.
Strong fault-finding abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach will be highly regarded.
The key attributes of an ideal candidate would include: Cert III or Cert II in Fire highly regarded.
Previous experience testing and servicing fire detection systems.
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
