Core Talent are currently working with a national building services business that is looking to add an experienced HVAC-R Technician to their Brisbane team.
The role will suit a qualified technician who enjoys working across commercial sites, carrying out a mix of preventative maintenance, breakdowns, fault finding and planned works across a range of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
The Role You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC equipment, including: Chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and FCUs Refrigeration and chilled water systems Heating, cooling and ventilation equipment Electrical and mechanical fault finding Preventative and reactive maintenance Site inspections and equipment checks Installation, testing and commissioning works where required Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently Completing service reports, work orders and relevant documentation Liaising with coordinators, clients and subcontractors on site Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster There will also be an element of assessing works, materials and labour requirements, with technicians expected to identify opportunities to complete jobs in a more efficient and cost-effective way.
