You will be taking on major accident repairs, prime bodywork, and structural fabrications straight from engineered plans.

The Nuts Bolts: The Hours: Straight day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The Overtime: Realistic expectations of a 50-hour total working week to seriously boost your take-home pay.
The Tools: Bring your own basic, non-powered hand tools; the workshop supplies all the power tools you need.

What You Will Be Doing:



Executing major accident repairs and structural modifications on prime movers and semi-trailers.
Working directly from structural plans to deliver straightforward, neat, and structurally sound welds.
Handling a great variety of daily tasks, including lighter plate welding when required.
What You Need in Your Toolkit: Relevant Trade Qualifications (Vehicle Body Building, Boilermaking, or similar).
An MR Driver's License is strictly non-negotiable.
(Got an HR? Even better. If not, the company will financially support your upgrade once permanent).
You must hold current high-risk tickets, specifically Confined Space and Working at Heights.
The Right Attitude: Workshops change hour-to-hour.
We need flexible, multi-taskers who don't mind actively looking for work when the schedule shifts.
