The Role: We are seeking a Client Connect Consultant to join our Client Services team.
Reporting to the Client Connect Manager you'll support customers across phone, email and digital channels, helping them with enquiries, policy updates and servicing requests while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll commence as a Level 1 Consultant, with the opportunity to progress through increasing levels of capability, responsibility and complexity as your knowledge and experience grow.
Progression is based on capability and performance, creating a genuine pathway for career development What You'll Be Doing: Supporting customers across phone, email and digital channels Assisting with policy enquiries and servicing requests Delivering accurate, timely and customer-focused solutions Building your capability across products,
