Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 technical support to users Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues Assist with computer, laptop and peripheral setup Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications Assist with user accounts and system access Install and configure software and devices Document technical issues and solutions Support general IT maintenance and administration Skills Requirements Studying or recently completed Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity,
