Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior design solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive showroom environment.
Utilise computer systems and MS applications to manage sales transactions and customer data efficiently.




Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications: Experience in showroom sales or retail environment.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
Proven working experience in retail sales.
Good computer literacy and proficiency with MS applications.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to build effective working relationships.
Forklift license, advantageous Applicants progressing to the final stage may be required to complete a criminal history check and pre-employment assessment relevant to the inherent requirements of the role.
