Job description A great opportunity to deliver Electrical Maintenance, Repairs and Minor Works to a range of building services plant and equipment including GenSets and HV to a large facility South of Perth.
The Role Lead a small team of Trades and Contractors, coordinating maintenance operations and optimising asset performance; ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of direct and contract staff across a large facility South of Perth.
You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
Robust knowledge of Electrical Building Services plant, including GenSest HV.
Actively contribute to and support business transformation initiatives.
Ensure accurate alignment of work orders with timesheets and reporting systems using a SAP system .
Oversee contractor safety and compliance, including SWMS and adherence to the company's Risk Protocols.
Proactively manage team and contractor performance,
monitoring and driving key monthly KPIs.
Maintain contractual compliance through site inspections, raising work orders or quotes as required.
Manage client requests and feedback, delivering timely resolutions and transparent communication.
Requirements: Be an Australian Citizen and be able to secure a NV1 Clearance.
Have a Cert III Electrical and 'A' Grade Licence.
Prior experience using SAP for Work Orders and Budget updating.
A valid Australian Driver's license Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
