We're looking for an organised and proactive Product Portfolio Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Supporting both our Laser Skin and Cosmetic Aesthetics portfolios, you'll work closely with Product Portfolio Managers to coordinate portfolio initiatives, product launches, reporting, events and stakeholder engagement activities.

How You'll Make an Impact Coordinate portfolio projects, timelines, action plans and reporting.




Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and Stage Gate processes.
Assist with treatment and product launches across the clinic network.
Prepare communications, presentations and portfolio resources.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.
Support the Therapist Ambassador Program, including engagement activities and reporting.
Help coordinate the annual Inject Conference and other portfolio events.
Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards and project trackers.
What You'll Bring to the Team Experience in a coordinator, project support, operations, category or events role.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence building relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
Strong reporting and analytical capability.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
An interest in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or retail environments.
Experience within a franchise, retail or multi-site business will be highly regarded.
