About the Role...
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in LEAN and safe operations at our Loganlea site.

Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include; Act and lead in a way that is consistent with Alspec's R.
.E.S.P.E.C.T values.
Responsible for the Health Safety of your designated team.
Responsible for the stock movement process,
ensuring stock is handled in a safe and orderly way.
Supervise the day-to-day activities of your staff, ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity and ensuring an emphasis on providing a safe work environment.
Responsible for meeting daily KPI's in labour, productivity, transport, and quality Monitor the accuracy of goods being dispatched, ensuring correct QA processes are being followed.
Work in collaboration with other functional departments within Alspec Work autonomously and set clear direction for staff.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
About You...
To be successful, you are; A natural leader with warehouse management experience Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred, not essential).
A team player adept at leading a team Passionate, results-driven with a very 'hands-on' approach.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and must have contactable work references.
