We're seeking a Production Operator to join the team in permanent positions.
This hands-on role combines machine operation, batching, forklift operation, quality checks, and general production duties within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About You Responsibilities Operate production machinery and assist with machine troubleshooting Batch and weigh raw materials to production specifications Bag finished products and prepare pallets for dispatch Complete quality checks and production documentation accurately Operate counterbalance forklifts to move raw materials and finished stock (essential for day shift, highly regarded for afternoon shift)



Assist with general warehouse and production duties Perform regular manual handling of up to 25kg throughout the shift Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and quality Previous experience within chemical, industrial or heavy manufacturing environments preferred Current Forklift Licence highly regarded (required for day shift; training available for the right afternoon shift candidate) Comfortable working in a dusty powder-based manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Reliable, safety-focused and committed to producing quality work What's on Offer?
