Job Purpose - Lead and guide Data Scientists, Analysts, and cross-functional data enthusiasts.
- Drive AI-led initiatives by building reusable AI, RPA based modules and intelligent data products.
- Own end-to-end delivery of data science projects with strong project management governance.
Reports to Head of IT, DHL eCommerce Australia Differentiator - Strong expertise across Power BI, Python, Microsoft Fabric, and RPA platforms.
- Combines data science, AI, and intelligent automation (RPA) capabilities.
Key Tasks - Mentor Data Scientists, Analysts, and data enthusiasts across functions.
- Design and implement AI/ML models and RPA solutions for automation and optimisation.
- Build reusable AI and RPA modules (forecasting, anomaly detection, process automation).
- Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive Microsoft Fabric adoption for scalable data and analytics solutions.
