With dedicated support around you, you'll be able to focus on building strong client relationships, managing your portfolio effectively and continuing to develop at a senior level.
Your responsibilities will include:



Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 commercial properties Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing lease renewals, transfers and general tenancy matters Coordinating maintenance alongside dedicated internal support Managing arrears and general portfolio administration Managing tribunal matters where required Ensuring properties and leases remain compliant with relevant legislation Working closely with leasing, administration and maintenance teams Contributing to the wider team and supporting strong portfolio performance About you: We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and wants to continue progressing their career.
Ideally, you will have: 4+ years experience in Commercial Property Management Strong knowledge of commercial leases and relevant property legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong organisation and time-management skills The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment An interest in progressing into leadership A current Agent's Representative Certificate A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Why make the move?
